The brief was to create a modern and functional office that supports employee well-being and efficiency, based on Mapri’s needs and character. The interior design solution of the previous tenant presented a number of challenges, as the goal was to make use of the existing spatial program and interior design elements while still fitting a company in a completely different field and with a different profile. In addition to narrow corridors and limited natural light, it was necessary to skillfully find ways to reuse existing furniture and finishing materials.
The design concept focused on creating an eclectic and inspiring environment through colors, plants, and art. The color palette of the furniture and interior finishes includes walnut, cheerful-toned textiles, dark gray, beige, and terracotta, complemented by green plants.
The space accommodates up to 40 workstations and includes meeting rooms of various sizes, kitchen and relaxation areas, comfortable and private seating corners, as well as a cozy outdoor terrace. The fruitful collaboration with the client and the smoothly executed implementation provided satisfaction to all parties, resulting in inspiring workspaces that are both functional and aesthetically enjoyable.
