Lävi (doorstep in estonian) is the boundary between the indoor and outdoor environment. The first contact with the interior is on the doorstep, and that's where our world begins. People spend most of their time indoors, so space undoubtedly plays an important role in our lives. LÄVI's interior architects are founded by fans of four specialties who believe that their contribution plays an important role in improving the well-being of society.

In our core business, we create comprehensive projects from user research and space planning to custom-made furniture and infographics. We are mainly focused on the design of public spaces, offices and commercial and residential real estate developments.
We stand out mainly by providing implementation project management, which solves the growing need for turnkey services. The system that saves client's time and money includes budgeting, construction and furnishing until the object is completed.

RASMUS KABUN
Rasmus is responsible for the company's development and for bringing in new work. He also manages projects during the design and implementation phases.
KARIINA KAUFMANN BABIC
Kariina is our most experienced interior architect, who has worked on many projects of various types and sizes for which she has also won awards and annual awards.
KERSTI PILAR
Kersti is an architect by training, so she has extensive knowledge of both architecture and interior architecture, she is also our BIM design specialist.
KRISTJAN URKE
Kristjan specializes in the design of public spaces and office spaces, and is accompanied by the background of an award-winning product designer.
ROOSI KEVA
Roosi has a diverse background having studied at several universities she has experience in both interior architecture and product and furniture design.
KAROLIN KAUP
Turned back from dental career and gene technology, she found her true vocation in interior architecture, which she studied at Estonian Academy of Arts.
SILVIA LEET
Silvia has specialized in interior architecture albeit with a degree in architecture, which gives her a very good understanding of the highly interconnected fields.
KAUR KÄÄRMA
Kaur on vilunud mööblidisainer ja juba vana tegija sisearhitektuuri vallas, vastutades ägedate ja silmapaistvate ruumilahenduste loomise eest.
EEVA SOVA
Eeva is an experienced architect, but in the ranks of LÄVI, she accepted the challenge to continue creating space in more detail, in the form of creating interior architectural solutions.

KAUR VÄNT
Kaur is responsible for ensuring that the interior architectural solutions created by LÄVI become a reality and, of course, remain within the desired schedule and budget.
