In the concept for the SEB Lasnamäe Centrum office, we were guided by SEB Bank’s very strong and distinctly Scandinavian brand book. Greyish-green tones and oak furniture create a cozy, warm interior. Although the new office seemed to have less space, the new layout makes the work area feel more spacious and brighter than before. Work and relaxation areas are logically arranged so that the space supports both concentration and collaboration.
Since it was an office renewal, we had certain boundaries set by the existing solution. We modernized, made it more compact, and thereby created a more pleasant environment for both clients and employees. The new interior is modern on the one hand, yet Scandinavianly timeless on the other.
The work process proceeded very naturally and on a fast schedule. A clear brief and previous cooperation experience with the client created a strong basis for smooth design work and fluent communication also during the construction phase. The result is an office that clearly conveys SEB’s new brand identity and embodies Scandinavian values.
